This play, by Anthony Hodson, is a dramatisation of the story in Chapter 3 of St Luke's gospel, in which the boy Jesus is inadvertently left behind in Jerusalem; his anxious parents find him teaching in the temple.
Cast: 13 (narrator, four boys and eight girls). The Narrator and the adult parts can easily be played by adults if necessary.
Staging and set: minimal
Performance time: uncut, about 45 minutes
